Christopher and Jennifer Clayton own three Clayton Drug locations in Strawberry Point, Sumner, and Elkader, Iowa. All three locations are part of a select network CPESN. This network is a group of independent pharmacies and pharmacists that provide services such as disease state management, immunizations, compliance counseling and implementation, and one on one pharmacist consultations. All three locations also offer disposable medication packaging with free delivery, mail out services, and walk-in immunizations daily.
Our Strawberry Point location, located close to Backbone State Park, carries a full line of high end nutraceutical products, and is where Jen Clayton offers integrative health consultation services. At Strawberry Point you will find a beautiful selection of home décor, small furniture pieces, mirrors and clocks. Additionally, we carry Young Living essential oils, Greenleaf candles and much more!

Elkader pharmacy was added to our group in May of 2018. Previously Moser Pharmacy, we are located within the business district of downtown Elkader. At Clayton Drug in Elkader we constantly strive to provide all our patients with the best possible care. Chris & Jennifer Clayton | Owners
Jen and Chris both graduated from the University of Iowa Pharmacy program with the doctoral degrees in Pharmacy. Jennifer is the CEO of Clayton Pharmacy services and is the Pharmacist in Charge at the Strawberry Point location. Jen is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and also does long term care pharmacy consulting for the past 8 years through her business called "Clayton Pharmacy Consulting Services." Jen provides consultative MTM services through our CPESN network at the Strawberry Point location. Chris also carries his MBA degree obtained from the University of Iowa. Together, they have five boys: Carter, Sawyer, Cameron, Maximus and Hawken.
