LONG TERM CARE PHARMACIST CONSULTING
At Clayton drug, we understand that you face a number of difficulties with residents’ medications and we are here to offer a solution to your medication management needs. You and your staff will have peace of mind knowing that each patients’ medication needs will be taken care of by our highly trained staff. Our team will work with your facility, and patients, and can provide the following, and more.

Will contact each of your residents’ doctors’ offices for medication history and refills, and manage the entire prescription process from start to finish.

Provide OTCs and supplements that are available at discounted rates, through our cash program, and can be packaged with other daily medications
START YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY
Initial Consultation — ($120)
Our pharmacist will collect your chief concerns and relevant history during the initial consultation. We will address your concerns, discuss potential integrative health strategies, and determine if any further information is needed - including labs and a more intensive health history. Our pharmacist will make sure to answer any questions you may have about working together through the Integrative Health Complete Consultation. Initial consultations are available in-person or virtually via phone or video conference.
Complete Follow-Up Consultation — ($275)
During the follow-up consultation, we will create an integrative health strategy based on your goals, concerns, and history. Our pharmacist will review any additional information collected after the initial consultation (e.g. labs, intensive health history), and make recommendations for your overall wellness.
Per Consultation — ($150/hr)
If you are interested in further discussing your wellness, our pharmacist can answer any questions you may have about your integrative health plan. Phone calls, texts and emails will be billed at $150/hr with a $50 minimum.
INTEGRATIVE HEALTH CONSULTATIONS
Integrative health consultations consist of an one-on-one with the pharmacist to delve into a variety of health and medication issues. The patient and pharmacist will work together to create a plan of action to achieve desired health and wellness goals. We start by collecting your health and medication history, wellness goals, any ongoing symptoms to address, etc. From there, our team will provide a customized plan to encourage an optimally healthy lifestyle using herbal products and natural supplements to enhance quality of life, optimize current chronic conditions, and focus on preventative health.
